Established in 1992, The Beauty Rooms is a cosy and friendly beauty salon located in the heart of historic Hadleigh.

Our Therapists

Zoey is City and Guild and CIBTAC trained, with a wealth of experience within the beauty therapy industry. She has worked in Hadleigh for over 20 years.

Natalie is NVQ Level 2 and 3 trained with over ten year’s experience in the beauty therapy industry, and is still adding to her portfolio.

Both therapists are always keeping up to date with the latest treatments available and product knowledge, so can offer specialist advice to clients when needed.

Hours of Business

Monday: By arrangement

Tuesday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Wednesday: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Thursday: 9.30am to 8.00pm

Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Saturday: 9.00am to 4.00pm

Covid Secure

At the Beauty Rooms, we have put in place a new way of working, to meet the required government guidelines of managing the risk of COVID-19. Risk assessments will be carried out regularly as our clients’ safety is paramount.

We have implemented the following:

  • One in one out, appointments only
  • No walk ins
  • Pay by card
  • Hand washing and sanitising facilities
  • Temperature check
  • As always, sterilising equipment before and after every client
  • Sanitising the treatment rooms after every client
  • Face masks must be worn, unless you are medically exempt
  • Staff will wear mask, visor or goggles with added PPE

Please be aware
As COVID-19 can be asymptotic and with the roll out of the vaccination program, we must re patch test all treatments involving tint or glue products 48 hours before their appointment.

We will book a time for you to attend the salon to have your patch test and complete a form in reception or outside the salon. A patch test will also be required with a 1 week clear window after each vaccination.

Arriving at the salon
Please arrive at the salon door at your appointment time. You will be greeted by your therapist for a temperature check and you will need to sanitise and scan the track and trace QR code. You will also be asked to fill out a wellness COVID-19 form (this will need to be completed on every visit). Please arrive alone and with limited belongings. We are unable to offer any reading materials, but feel free to bring your own. We will offer tea/coffee in a disposable cup and water in bottles.

The salon may be closed at times during relaxing treatments.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We ask anyone visiting the salon to respect the quiet atmosphere created for our clients, so please ensure all mobile phones are on silent or switched off.
